These terms of use apply between you, the User of this Website, and the Operator. These terms serve as a public offer to any individual to enter into an agreement with the Operator under the existing conditions given in the offer.

2.1. The Website can be used to retrieve, display or view content related to events, activities and charity projects of Armenian diaspora in Latvia. Users on their own initiative can send donations to support the diaspora or a charity project by using the Website services, as well as take part in such events and activities.
2.2. You may use the Website with or without registering (creating an account). Registering (creating an account) allows you to send donations, manage your subscriptions, view the history of a User’s donations, and receive email notifications about upcoming events, activities and active charity projects.
2.3. You may access and share the content of the Website only for non-commercial purposes and you may share only with a link to the Website provided.
2.4. You are not allowed to offer for sale, sell or distribute any part of the Website. You may not make any part of the Website available as part of another website or web-resource.
2.5. The Website and its services may not be used for any of the following purposes:
2.5.1. in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or interferes with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Website;
2.5.2. in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order;
2.5.3. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of сontent in violation of these Terms.
2.6. You do not acquire the rights to use trademarks, logos, domains, designs, as well as patents and other intellectual property rights associated with the Website.
2.7. We are constantly working to improve the Website. This means that we may change, update or remove all or some of the features of the Website. The operation of the Website may be interrupted due to technical maintenance, updates, Internet outages, equipment failure, or other circumstances.
2.8. We may temporarily or permanently terminate your access to the Website at any time and for any reason.
3. Changes to these Terms
3.1. We may change these Terms of use from time to time. Such changes apply from the date of publication. You should check the Terms of use regularly to make sure you are familiar with the current version.
3.2. By continuing to use the Website after reading the new version of the Terms you thereby confirm your unconditional acceptance of them.
3.3. You may not change or modify these terms, unless we have given our express written permission to do so.
3.4. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website.
4. Account and security
4.1. When registering, you must specify a login (email) and create a password. If you create an account when sending a donation, a password is generated automatically and sent to the email address you have specified.
4.2. You can also sign up using your Google or Apple account.
4.3. A user can only have one registered account. The user is prohibited from providing other persons with access to their account.
4.4. The user is solely responsible for the safety of the login and password, as well as mobile and other devices with access to his / her account. DO NOT SHARE YOUR LOGIN OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE.
4.5. The user is solely responsible for any actions and payments that are made through the account. If you think that someone else has gained access to your account or password, immediately inform us by email - [email protected].
4.6. If we have reason to believe that there is a security risk to the Website or your account, we have the right to request you to change your account password, as well as to temporarily restrict access to your account.
4.7. In the circumstances specified in clauses 2.7, 4.6 We may choose to immediately block or delete your account or notify you before doing so. Notice is our right, but not our obligation.
4.8. You can delete your account or request blocking of your account by email - [email protected].
5. Donations
5.1. A User, at his discretion, makes one-time donations or subscribes for monthly donations.
5.2. A User may, at his discretion, change the subscription plan in his account, as well as cancel the subscription at any time.
5.3. Confirmation of the donation transfer is sent to the User by email to the address specified during account registration.
6. Warranty
We do not make any guarantees related to the use of the Website or its content. Access to the Website is provided 'as is', 'with all faults', and We do not guarantee safe, error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Website or the fitness of the Website for your goals and expectations.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT AND INDIRECT CONSEQUENCES AND ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL AND PROFIT LOSSES), RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY OTHER WAY IN CONNECTION WITH USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CONSEQUENCES AND DAMAGES. You hereby agree to indemnify Us against any costs, claims, losses and damages (including legal fees) incurred by or awarded against Us as a result of your use (or misuse) of this website or your breach of these terms.

9.2. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and resources and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.
10. General
10.1. You hereby agree that this Agreement is governed by the laws of Latvia. All disputes between you and Us shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Latvia, and YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO, AND WAIVE ALL DEFENSES OF LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND FORUM NON CONVENIENS WITH RESPECT TO VENUE AND JURISDICTION IN THE COURTS OF LATVIA.
10.2. If a competent court finds any provision of these terms unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall not apply and affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions which shall continue to be in full force and effect.
10.3. We shall not be liable for any breach of these terms which is beyond our reasonable control.
10.4. Our Terms are written in Latvian. Any translated version is provided solely for your convenience. To the extent any translated version of these terms conflicts with the Latvian version, the original version in Latvian shall prevail.
